Squats

Workout 18 January 2009:

Back Squat 5 sets of 5 reps at 215lb

Previous best: 5x5 at 210lb (6 Jan 09)

Really didn't want to lift today since my sleep schedule is messed up from working nights. I hit all the reps without a problem, but it felt heavier than it should. I'll go for 220lb next time.
