Muay Thai

Workout 15 March 2009:

Muay Thai training and conditioning, 60 minutes

My back is slowly getting better and as much as I wanted to do some heavy lifting before class today, I don't want to risk re-injury. Hopefully I can do some light squats tomorrow.
