Workout 9 March 2010:
Shoulder Press 5-5-5-5-5
Results: 115-120-122.5-125-125lbs
Previous best: 125x5 (6 Jan 09)
I haven't done much heavy overhead work recently and had some extra time to do a 5x5. I was able to finish with two rounds at my previous best weight and with enough work, should be able to get back to a 125lb 5x5 soon.
